Personal guidance to help you discover what you’re made to do.

Through Vocationality’s 5 sessions and 15 workbook exercises, we’ll work week by week to discover your unique calling, gifts, and fit.

1. Your Story

Vocationality begins with your story. In this first session, we’ll spend two hours diving into how you got to now, identifying patterns, stuck points, and reframes.

2. Your Calling

Session two focuses on your individual calling. You can think of this calling as a unique map that you get to explore through your entire career—bigger than any one job or project.

3. Your Gifts

In the middle of your Vocationality process, we’ll identify your unique gifts—a blend of skills, passions, and the value you add for those around you. This is kind of like the tool kit you’ll use to explore that calling map.

4. Your Fit

This topic often gets ignored! In our fourth session we’ll discuss the unique environments in which you do your best work. This often becomes a uniquely helpful conversation when you’re ready to diagnose whether a new job is right for you.

5. Your Next Steps

It all boils down to this. What should you do next? We’ll plan three mini experiments together based on all our previous conversations. You’ll have multiple paths to move forward into something better.

A Word from My Past Clients

In a season of vocational ambiguity, confusion, and indecision, Vocationality stepped in and provided clarity, wisdom, and focus.

Christian treated me as an individual with a story rather than a puzzle to solve, and I think regularly about the insights provided to me during this program. I firmly believe I will be reaping the benefits of these six weeks for years to come.

— Kelsey Gould

Vocationaliy has been a huge part of my life. I went into senior year of high school knowing that I liked math and might want to be an engineer. Vocationality supported these ideas, but also opened up a whole new part of myself that I didn’t know about. I am now a freshman in college and can pursue my degree with an eye on a career I know I’m fit for and am going to enjoy.

— Elliot Wright

Vocationality offered me an opportunity to be heard in a uniquely intentional way, by those who know me well and by someone who didn't—my guide, Christian.

One of the things I found most moving and clarifying for me was having Christian read my own thoughts back to me. Few of us get the privilege of someone else slowly and intentionally working through our story in this way.
